Cabinetry Unlimited is seeking a full-time Kitchen Sales Professional. Don't miss this opportunity to grow with us while working and living near the beach! We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales
Professional who excels at new business development and delighting customers. Earnings potential is $100k+. This position is located in Selbyville just outside of the beach towns of Bethany Beach, DE and
Ocean City, MD. If you are already in the area, or plan to relocate to the area for personal reasons, we want to hear from you! However, the company cannot not cover relocation expenses.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- New Business Development by prospecting and cultivating new B2B accounts in the residential and multi-family markets, with a relentless approach to outreach. Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, property managers, architects, and interior designers through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Develop proposals that are economically attractive to potential customers.
- Meet with clients to determine intended functionality, needs, and desired outcomes for their project.
- Provide expert consultation in designing cabinetry, and be able to offer high-quality suggestions based on current trends and customers’ needs and budget.
- Create designs alongside our design experts that detail the layout and appearance of all installations and appliances/furniture.
- Act as a liaison between the company, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth hand-off’s and installations.

Requirements
- Established B2B Sales Professional with a passion for new Business Development
- Preferred: Experience working with builders, contractors, interior designers, and property managers
- Excellent sales, relationship, and customer management abilities
- Positive, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Preferred: Knowledge of 20-20 design software or similar software
- Preferred: Understanding of cabinet production and assembly is a big plus
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays
Salary
- $36,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
- Expected all-in compensation including commission is between $50,000 - $100,000+, uncapped
