Steve has been designing kitchens since 1985, bringing decades of creativity and practical expertise to every project. Now semi-retired, he still enjoys helping customers transform their vision into the perfect space. Outside of work, Steve cherishes time with his wife and two granddaughters. He’s often on the hunt for another vintage firetruck pedal car to restore. A passion that ties into his 50+ years of service as a volunteer fireman.

After receiving his Master’s Degree in International Business & Finance in 1986 from Thunderbird, Dieter initially went to work in the Music Industry, where as Sr. Vice President of Sonopress (a division of BMG Music) he was instrumental in transforming a small, $20 million NC based manufacturer of music cassettes into $300 million global leader of Compact Disc manufacturing. As the demand for CDs and DVDs began to decline, Dieter began to look for other opportunities and in 2007 acquired Cabinetry Unlimited in Selbyville, DE. Even though the music and cabinetry businesses appear dissimilar at first glance, they both share what Dieter is most passionate about: hands-on product & manufacturing, and assisting customers realize their passions. At Cabinetry Unlimited, aside from the day to day management of the company, Dieter focuses on servicing all aspects of the Commercial segment of the business.

Jane is a second generation Kitchen Designer. She has been designing kitchens for the past 30 years and thrives on the satisfaction of turning someones kitchen dream into a reality. No matter the budget, her focus is always form and function. Sometimes thinking a little out of the box is needed to make the space in your kitchen much more functional as well as beautiful. Jane loves what she does, and loves guiding her customers through the processes to the kitchen or bath of their dreams.

Kurt Ruthman

Kurt has been designing kitchens and baths for over 20 years. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering Technology and in Construction Management, he spent 11 years solely focused in the kitchen industry. Not only does Kurt have the experience to design a beautiful space, he also has an understanding of the workings behind the scene. Using strong visualization skills, he pays attention to the smallest details and helps value engineer projects within varying budgets. Kurt enjoys his craft, but more importantly he enjoys helping dreams come true for his clients.

Kim has been in the Kitchen and Bath Industry for over 14 years. After working in all aspects of the kitchen, she is all about making the dreams come to life for her customers. Kim has a working knowledge of new construction, remodels, and additions. Kim likes to get to know her clients so that personal touches can be designed and brought into the kitchen/bath. She is excited to help the next customer bring their vision into reality.

Nick Theofiles brings a wealth of knowledge to the Cabinetry Unlimited Design team. He has extensive design experience as a result of 20+ years working as a Realtor, Builder, Marketing Consultant, Business Owner, and Investor. Most importantly, Nick is passionate about partnering with clients to assist them in creating their dream kitchen. His attention to detail is meticulous. Nick’s work in design has received national notoriety from both HGTV and locally by the Metropolitan Magazine. Nick is a Delaware native, father to three gifted sons, and proudly served our country as a Decorated Air Force Veteran.

andrea vanier
Sales & design
Andrea has been in the Kitchen and Bath Design World for 20 years. She began her career supervising the Kitchen department at Home Depot and soon moved on to design with Columbia Kitchens in Jessup, MD.
After 2008 slowed business to a crawl, she went back to school at Anne Arundel Community College and studied in their award-winning Architecture and Interior Design Program which features an NKBA accredited Kitchen and Bathroom Certificate. Although still a few classes short of graduation, the knowledge gained was invaluable. She was honored to serve as President of the student NKBA Chapter and represent AACC at KBIS 2017.
Andrea is a mom to two teens/tweens and has spent much of the last decade raising them. Now that they are older it was time to stretch her creative muscles again and she is excited to be a part of the Cabinetry Unlimited Team! Her passion is helping clients solve their design, storage and space planning issues.
